N.O.T Terms of Use

These terms cover the N.O.T app, operated by Danny Idelzon. Contact: danncosmic@gmail.com. N.O.T is not a store and does not take payment.

Using the app, including connecting Gmail, means you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

The list

N.O.T lists paid subscriptions, free accounts, and newsletters it can find in a mailbox you connect. The list can be wrong or incomplete. An amount or a renewal date is shown only when an email states it. A one-off purchase stays off the list unless the message also says an account was created.

Cancel

Cancel opens a page or drafts an email. You finish the cancellation yourself. N.O.T does not sign in to that service, does not send a one-click unsubscribe, and does not promise that the service will cancel or delete anything. Marking a card canceled changes only the list inside N.O.T.

Your mailbox

You may connect a mailbox only if you are allowed to read it. The app asks for read-only Gmail access. Disconnect in N.O.T deletes that mailbox's saved scan and clears the token cookie on that browser. It returns to the Connect Gmail screen, not the demo. It does not revoke N.O.T's access at Google. You can also remove N.O.T's access in your Google account.

Demo

The built-in fictional mailbox appears only when Gmail is not set up. It is not your mail. When Gmail is set up and there is no connection, the Connect Gmail screen is shown, and a saved scan is not returned. A mailbox with no saved scan of its own, and no scan running, stays on Connect Gmail. View demo mailbox opens the demo.

Acceptable use

Do not use N.O.T to read mail you are not allowed to read. Do not treat the list as a bill, a legal notice, or proof that a subscription was canceled.

No warranty

The list is a best effort from the text of emails. Danny Idelzon does not warrant that every registration is found, that none are missed or mislabeled, or that a cancel link still works.

Liability and law

The laws of the State of Israel govern these terms. No court venue and no liability cap are set in this draft.

To the extent the law allows, N.O.T is provided as is, and Danny Idelzon is not liable for a subscription that was not canceled, a charge that continued, or a registration the list missed or invented.

Changes

Danny Idelzon may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date above will change with it.
